Things you’ll need:
Stencils
Stencil brush
Muslin drawstring bags
Paint (pink, blue, red, and light pink)
3 x 5 card
Stencil tape

Things to do:
1. Insert your 3 x 5 card into the treat bag.
2. Position your stencil on the bag and tape it in place to protect the edges from paint splatters.
3. Dab the stencil brush in paint and then onto a paper towel to remove excess. Paint over the stencil.
4. Remove the tape to reveal your festive treat bag!
