This can be attached to all different kinds of fabric-made dolls, such as muslin, cotton, and even wood or raffia. Make a majestic mermaid with long, flowing hair. Add bows and ribbons to complete your doll's look! Grab several strands of ringlets and cut to twice the desired length. Hold strands in the middle, and attach them to your desired surface with a dab of hot glue, white glue, or stitch. Start at the bottom, and work in rows to the top.
