Cheryl "I'm a school bus Monitor. The magnets are given to the students on the bus to color as a reward. They decorate the roof of our bus. They are also used as a disaplinary tool. If they are not having a good day they have to take their's down. When their attitude improves they get to put it back on the roof. They take great pride in the number of magnets that adorn our bus. It's amazing to watch them looking up at the magnets and hearing them say things like my little sister did that one or this one is mine or which one did you do or I like that one or I'm going to make my next one like that. And before you know we're either home or school. If they are having fun their not fighting or being mean to each other. They also earn them for doing acts of kindness and being polite to each other while on the bus, if I see them in the community and around campus. "
