Barri "Beautiful the first year but when we unpacked it this year almost every pip berry had cracked. We packed it carefully with other items with pip berries and none of the other items (purchased here and elsewhere) were cracked. We were very disappointed but with all the cracked berries it is not usable this year. Customer service said that since the order was over a year old they could not assist me. Very disappointing. "
