"This is a heavy, metal piece with a top that fits nicely on it. However, the paint job on it is horrible. There are places all over both pieces where plain, silver metal is showing in big patches. I'm going to have to repaint this to make it presentable, which means I will lose the blue with white specks theme. Not very happy. It is 1 1/8 W (from handle to handle) x 1/2 H with a 5/8 base and an opening of 3/4. "
